The key to our successful programs is our Program Management Team.
Our team works to understand the complex requirements and details of your particular program and is involved in every step, planning through execution through data management and evaluation. A dedicated Impact Health Program Manager oversees all scheduling, staffing and coordination for each event, providing an experience that is truly free of hassles.
We have staffing resources strategically placed all around the country. Our Health Promotion Associates (HPAs) are proficient in clinical knowledge and protocol. They are hired from a variety of backgrounds, including medical technology, nursing, exercise science and others. Their role is not to diagnose, but to provide health risk assessments, alert people to their individual risks, and advise them accordingly.
All HPAs complete a comprehensive training – covering not only the clinical aspects of the services that we deliver, but also the nuances related to the specific environments in which we work. They receive certification upon completion of a training program covering the following areas:
- Clinical Rationale for Screening
- Testing Protocols
- Internal Communication and Paperwork
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Customer Service
- Brand Managing
