Our wellness coaches are highly trained to support, motivate and encourage people who are working toward better health.. We offer individualized, one-on-one programs that can be adapted to the needs of your employees, with services that can be delivered onsite or online.
Our coaches work to establish a personal relationship with each participant. Using the latest scientifically supported behavior change and theory, participants move at their own pace through the steps leading to sustained behavior change and improved health and well-being.
On line, on site or by phone
Onsite coaching can take place right in the workplace – with regular visits and rounds … on a scheduled basis … or by appointment in areas designated for such purpose. Employees can choose to use phone or online coaching, allowing them to schedule appointments at convenient times and/or can log on to their personal health record as often as they like.
Our Wellness Coaches build ‘customer engagement’ by providing employees with a comprehensive array of supplemental educational, promotional, and awareness building resources and activities. These resources and activities include all the following, all customized to meet the objectives and needs of each employer we serve:
- Distribution and personal discussion of health and wellness information
- Implementation and promotion of structured health promotion programs ( i.e. weight loss competitions, walking contests, etc.)
- Development of on-site health promotion materials, including posters, bulletin boards
- Provision of small group educational seminars such as lunch ‘n learns.
- Personalized coaching tools including diet, exercise and mood trackers, coaching emails, daily motivational messages.
Because we achieve such high levels of engagement, achieve participation at 10-fold the ‘traditional’ online or telephonic coaching models, at only 25% of the cost per engaged employee.
