A foundation of the Impact Health program, our Health Promotion Associates use counseling during the screening to engage participants to make a commitment to living a healthier lifestyle by changing habits. They are encouraged to follow up with their physician, stay compliant with prescribed therapy. and enroll in company-specific programs.
Each screening event allows our highly-skilled Health Promotion Associates to have a “motivational moment” with each employee on a one-on-one basis, which provides an opportunity for participants to be directed to take necessary steps to improve their health and well-being on the spot.
This unique approach creates a face-to-face opportunity to present health care information and potential actions that can be taken to improve health outcomes for your employee population. The result is an employee population who is empowered and equipped to actively engage in steps to benefit their personal health.

Impact Health can design a program that offers strategies that meet the needs of your entire employee population. We have a new biometric/flu voucher program offering that has begun rolling out this year and will be available at over 9,000 pharmacies nationally to allow access for remote employees.
More than 95% of the United States population lives within 5 miles of a retail pharmacy, adding to the convenience and flexibility of this offering. Participants have access to our online scheduler, which features immediate appointment confirmation, customized reminder texts, and emails.
This system also gives us the capability to monitor appointment scheduling to facilitate modifications before an event to enhance efficiency.
