Onsite Counseling
A foundation of the Impact Health program, our Health Promotion Associates use counseling during the screening to engage participants to make a commitment to living a healthier lifestyle by changing habits. They are encouraged to follow-up with their physician, stay compliant with prescribed therapy and enroll in company specific programs. Each screening event allows our highly-skilled Health Promotion Associates to have a “motivational moment” with each employee on a one-on-one basis, which provides an opportunity for participants to be directed to take necessary steps to improve their health and well-being on the spot. This unique approach creates a face-to-face opportunity to present health care information and potential actions that can be taken to improve health outcomes for your employee population. The result is an employee population who is empowered and equipped to actively engage in steps to benefit their personal health.
