Biometric screening is an activity which promotes engagement through program specific dialogue. The key component to any successful wellness program is the strong connection between the post screening conversation and available intervention programs. It is not only important but necessary to excite the employee about the opportunity to change and help them “engage” in applicable and available programs. Impact Health’s role is to promote engagement in client wellness programs through the biometric experience.
