The executive leadership team founded a national cost-effective biometric/flu voucher program offering that will be available at local retail pharmacies throughout the United States. Doug Bohrer
President
Doug Bohrer is an experienced leader, executive, and advisor with a demonstrated history of success in both public and private companies. To begin his career, Doug served as a US Army Officer rising to the rank of Captain. From the military, he transitioned to General Electric as a member of their Junior Officer Leadership Program and then Johnson & Johnson and Kinetic Concepts where he held sales and marketing leadership positions of increasing responsibility. He then moved into the private sector assisting with the growth and expansion of multiple companies.
He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Impact Health, he was SVP of Client Enterprise Solutions at Cross Country Healthcare, one of the country’s largest healthcare staffing firms. He also served as Interim CEO for several privately held companies.
J. Michael McNamara
Chief Executive Officer
Mike has served as the CEO of Impact Health since 2000. His extensive background in both the consumer products and pharmaceutical industries, combined with his commitment to bringing health promotion and wellness services at the consumer level were a perfect fit for Impact Health as it was expanding its reach into new arenas. Mike was a founding officer of AmerisourceBergen, a Fortune 15 company, and brings his vast experience in business development activities, acquisitions, enterprise-wide sales and marketing to the company. He has been instrumental in overseeing a multi-million dollar growth in revenue during his tenure and continues to move the company forward, by proactively positioning the organization to meet client needs.

Jen Herdler
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Impact Health, Ms. Herdler has been a Controller, Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer; KPMG CPA/CA; and an organizational process improvement consultant. Jennifer is a strong FP&A and accounting leader, with exceptional project management and planning skills, who connects strategic business objectives and the financial impact on the business to help empower profitable data driven decisions.
Ms. Herdler is an entrepreneurial, project-oriented, organized, and analytical financial professional with experience in operational finance, treasury/working capital management, budgeting, and corporate controllership. She is an effective leader in strategic planning, problem solving, and developing teams.
Benjamin Gerson, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Gerson serves as Impact Health’s Chief Medical Officer. He is an experienced medical professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. His areas of professional expertise are in Epidemiology, Medical Devices, Oncology, Toxicology, Sleep Disorders, Biotechnology, and Health Services & Research. He is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He has involvement with the National Sleep Foundation, the Medical Review Officers Certification Council (MROCC), Sleep Inc., the Opioid Advisory Committee, and the National Safety Council. He has been a professor at Harvard Medical School, Boston University School of Medicine and Thomas Jefferson Medical College.

With over 10 years in the healthcare recruiting industry, Solena has successfully started and stood up healthcare recruitment teams globally for the US healthcare market as producers, generating high revenue and establishing relationships with many reputable health systems. Leading by example and keeping culture alive as a “people focused” leader, Solena has also helped implementations in technology and healthcare management. Dedicated to setting and celebrating goals, milestones, Solena continues to strive for excellence in delivery to clients and clinicians. Solena currently resides in San Diego CA, balancing as a Corporate Mom to Bella and wife to Alexander.
